About Fiona

I’m married and Mum to 4 boys, aged 10 to 19. I am a stay at home Mum and also ran a childcare business for the last 15 years. I always promised to work on myself once my boys grew up a little, but this proved more of a challenge than I thought it would be.

I just couldn’t decide what to do or how to get my career started. After so many years of being at home, my self-worth and self-esteem were at rock bottom and it took a huge amount of effort to convince myself I was worth taking a chance on.

When I first heard about life coaching, I knew it was the right path for me, but it took me over 2 years to convince myself to do my diploma. This course changed my life in so many ways. So much so that I am now studying a degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy. Another huge challenge but definitely a welcome one.

I am 42 years of age beginning my degree, but I honestly feel age means nothing. Life can begin over and over as many times as we want! This is a new chapter for me, but also a natural continuation for me and my desire to work with people and help who I can.

Life coaching has shown me that anything is possible. Once we have the right support and environment we can thrive. I see this first-hand with my clients and it is such a privilege to be a part of it.

It’s so easy to lose ourselves in our professional and personal life, we get so caught up in what society is pushing on us that we forget to focus on ourselves and what we really need and want. This is where I come in. I work with people who feel they have lost sight of their goals or feel something is missing. Self-confidence may be low and uncertainty creeps in. Life coaching helps you to find your confidence and get the balance back into your life. Take that first step and get in touch today.
